If you are someone with a learning disability, then your choices and opportunities in life, until now, may have been limited by a lack of understanding or the support required enabling you to achieve your ambitions. If your disability is severe, then you may need extra assistance to enable you to master everyday activities or to live more independently.
CARE’s aim is to provide the necessary help and encouragement so that people with learning disabilities can live a full and purposeful life, as inclusively as possible. We offer a wide range of accommodation and domiciliary services to suit most needs, and our training extends from basic everyday living skills to vocational and accredited training, together with help to achieve real employment.
All of our services are individually tailored through ongoing Personal Care Planning to ensure that we get the level of assistance just right, which we feel is extremely important. And if you feel safe in the knowledge that there is always someone there to encourage and assist you, then making your own decisions and learning to take more control in your own life is never quite as daunting.
Our Mission Statement:
“Maximising choice for and realising the potential of people with a learning disability”
