We are looking for two enthusiastic and committed individuals who wish to further their careers within the care field. The vacancies are for:
A Home Manager
and an
Assistant Home Manager
We are offering a starting salary of £17,350 up to £19,500 for the Home Manager and £14,500 up to £16,500 for the Assistant Home Manager per annum, negotiable dependent on your qualifications and experience.
You will be required to have the minimum of 2 years' experience of working with adults with a learning disability, and relevant experience in a supervisory, managerial role.
For the Home Manager's post, it is also necessary for the applicant to either hold, or be willing to undertake, an NVQ 4 in Care and Management and a Registered Managers Award.
There is also a requirement for both to participate in an on-call rota, for which an additional payment is made.
A full driving licence is also essential.
