Residential Accommodation

CARE’s services in the Midlands currently have their hub at our site in Shangton, near Leicester. Set in landscaped grounds in a rural setting, the four flats and five group homes on site provide accommodation for 56 residents. We also have a group home in nearby Kibworth and another in Market Harborough that both offer more independent living.

Established for over thirty five years, CARE at Shangton has built strong relationships with other local organisations and colleges. This networking and the partnership projects that have evolved enable people living in our accommodation to lead full and active lives as part of a local community, with plenty of opportunities for socialising, as well as sports and leisure activities and personal hobbies.

Whatever level of service is required across all of our accommodation options, experienced staff teams offer 24-hour support (including waking night staff if required) to meet daily living, emotional and social needs.
